Public Policy This committee works closely with PACE's lobbyist in Sacramento working towards the best interests of the Early private provider. Volunteers monitor public policies affecting child care and collaborate efforts at a county, state and national level.

Regional Development This committee works to develop strategic plans to develop new chapters in areas where there are no active chapters and help existing chapters to increase membership and is responsible for the development of PACE's 5 Regions by planning regional activities and supporting Council leadership.

Alternative Payment Program (APP) This committee is responsible for overseeing the activities of PACE's Alternative Payment Program. Meetings: Quarterly.

Budget & Finance This committee prepares the annual budget, fiscal projections, and prepares recommendations for the Board, while performing such other duties in connection with the finances of PACE as determined by the Board.

Conference This committee works closely with the PACE Administrative Office to prepare and administer PACE's annual Education Conference. Volunteers on the committee will plan every aspect of the conferences, (i.e. design materials, silent auctions, recruit presenters and exhibitors, solicit in-kind support, secure entertainment, manage logistics) and then celebrate by attending the events

Nominating This committee is responsible for the annual PACE Election of Officers. Activities include: maintain job descriptions, search for and establish nominees for Officer and Director, and Board Member positions, prepare and propose slate of nominees, insure representation based upon type of association, geographical spread, and participation in PACE activities.
