So my newest kick is that I love finding great infographics online. So while I was scanning the web for today’s blog post I came across one that really, in my opinion, spans all professions these days – stress!
There were actually a couple scary ones, like this one, that tell you about all the scary ways that stress can physically effect your body. So after reviewing that one and self-diagnosing myself with most if not all those ailments (hypochondria anyone?) I deciding to keep looking and see if there was something that gave me ideas of how to beat the stress and hopefully start to alleviate those issues.
There are many sights with Top 10 lists or even a Top 100 list of ways to overcome stress. But most of those involve introspection, and concious thought, and really, who has time for that these days, I’m just too stressed!
So I landed on this infographic. While I think taking a look at the list of real solutions to stress is something I should definitely look at, in the meantime I want something that might make me feel better at the end of another long day!
